Meet Adriane.
Over the past several years, I’ve learned that we can retrain our brains to work differently. We can successfully recognize and reduce the “mental chatter” many of us experience in our often-chaotic lives. Using proven techniques, a calmer, more balanced-feeling life is more than a wish; it’s a reality.
Mindfulness.
It’s a word that’s used often, and it means something a little different to everyone who practises or teaches it. To me, it’s about conscious awareness with a quality of non-judgment.
My goal is to teach my clients to use mindfulness to help them use the power of their mind more effectively, and with less negativity. Increased presence means thoughtful choices, recognizing more good and generally living with more smiles.
